8 ounces cream cheese
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 spoons minced chives or green onions
2 tablespoons cilantro or basil
2 tablespoons minced parsley
17 or 18 pitted and minced Kalamata olives
Combine all ingredients except olives and mix well. Mix in olives. Chill. Serve with crackers.
